We currently deliver products across Bangladesh, including Dhaka and other districts.

Orders are delivered through reliable third-party courier and delivery partners.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after successful order confirmation.

For ready-to-ship products, we aim to hand over the order to our delivery partner as soon as possible.

For handmade, customized, or pre-order products, additional processing time may be required. The estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer where applicable.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is:

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, weather, public holidays, courier operations, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering process or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

The applicable delivery charge may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, weight, or promotional offers.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.

For COD orders, the customer must pay the full payable amount to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

6. Order Confirmation

An order may be cancelled if we are unable to verify the order or contact the customer after reasonable attempts.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

House/flat number
Road/area
District
Any other necessary delivery instructions

Craft Villa will not be responsible for delays or additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Although we work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to receive the order, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

9. Receiving Your Order

Customers are encouraged to check the outer condition of the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears significantly damaged, please notify the delivery person and contact Craft Villa as soon as possible.

10. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

11. Handmade & Customized Products

Some Craft Villa products are handmade and may require additional preparation time.

Minor variations in colour, stitching, embroidery, texture, or pattern may occur due to the handmade nature of the product. Such variations are not necessarily considered defects.

Customized products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer where applicable.
